Albuquerque RMACAC College Fair

Free and open to the public, RMACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location.

The fair will take place on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 12:00p - 3:00p MDT at the Albuquerque Convention Center, 401 2nd St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. You may park in either free street parking or in the adjacent parking garage for $10.

Students: Register in advance with StriveScan by filling out a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with contact information and social media profiles.

Registration: No need to register yourself for the college fair; however, encourage your students to sign up for a barcode before they attend the fair at www.strivefair.com.

For College Reps

Registration: Available through September 11

Anticipated Student Attendance: 400 

Directions and Parking: Reps can park in the adjacent parking garage located at 401 2nd St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The entrance to the Convention Center can be accessed through Level 1. The parking garage charges a $10 fee. Street parking is free on Sundays.

Set Up: College reps can begin setting up at 11:00a. You will need to check in upon arrival and then proceed to your table. Water will be provided.

Student Leads: RMACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning through their app. StriveScan is included with your registration fee for all RMACAC college fairs. Registered institutions will receive the unlock code 1 week prior. Student data can be exported instantly. Learn more at www.strivescan.com.

Hotel Recommendations: The Albuquerque Convention Center is centrally located in Downtown Albuquerque. There are a variety of hotels in close proximity including, but not limited to: The Clyde, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Albuquerque, Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Albuquerque, and Hotel Andaluz.
