RMACAC on the Road Bus Tour

Join us for the annual RMACAC on the Road Bus Tour, a multi-day bus tour of colleges and universities across the RMACAC region. Each year, we explore a different set of schools across Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, or Utah. You will spend time on each campus meeting faculty, staff, and students, and learning about each institution’s unique programs.

RMACAC on the Road Bus Tour 2026

Join us June 8-11, 2026 for the RMACAC on the Road Bus Tour. This bus tour will include stops at University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Colorado College, Colorado State Pueblo, St. John’s – Santa Fe, University of New Mexico, and New Mexico Tech.

Registration is limited with priority going to full-paid registrants. Two college credits will be available for purchase at the end of the bus tour.

The RMACAC on the Road Bus Tour is a professional development opportunity for high school counselors, independent consultants working with high school students, and graduate students earning a degree in high school counseling to learn more about a few of the outstanding colleges and universities throughout our five-state region.

This year we will be touring the five institutions in two states. Join us as we explore six college/university campuses over four days. You will learn about each institution’s unique programs as we meet faculty, staff, and students. Participants should expect warm weather, full days, and walking tours on each campus.

Additional Information

  • Participants are responsible for travel to and from the starting/ending locations of the tour and must begin and end with the group. Additionally, participants are required to travel with the group on the tour bus and stay in provided lodging with the group.
  • We encourage participants to dress comfortably and bring a water bottle!
  • If a participant chooses to extend their stay to tour additional college campuses, RMACAC is not responsible for registration. Please plan your flights to accommodate your extended stay.

Additional information 
  • Space is limited and seats will not be confirmed without full payment. 
  • Registration includes most meals, snacks, bus transportation to and from each campus, and overnight accommodations for double occupancy. Single occupancy may be available at an additional cost.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Updated refund dates will be available prior to registration launching.

RMACAC will refund the 2023 Bus Tour registration fees with the following provisions: prior to April 29, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be issued. April 30 to May 10, a refund of 25% of the registration fee will be issued. May 11 or later, none of the registration fee will be refunded. I understand that if I cannot attend I am subject to the any cancellation fees assessed and that RMACAC will not be held liable for this forfeiture. Should I have to cancel my attendance to this event for any reason I will provide RMACAC written notice as soon as possible. I further understand and acknowledge that the RMACAC 2023 Bus Tour occurs during the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID) pandemic. With this in mind, I understand RMACAC will not issue a refund should the registrant test positive for COVID and be unable to attend. Nor will refunds be issued if an institution restricts travel or a registrant experiences anxiety towards attending in person. Should RMACAC or participating institutions cancel the event, full refunds will be issued.
