Phoenix West RMACAC Spring College Fair
Date: February 4, 2024 Information specifically for you!For Students and FamiliesFree and open to the public, RMACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location. The fair will take place on Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 4:30p - 6:00p MDT at the ASU - West Valley Campus, 4701 W Thunderbird Rd., Glendale, AZ 85306. Students and families can park at ASU West Parking at 4820 W University Way, North Phoenix, AZ 85051. Signs will direct you to the college fair. Campus Parking for Students/Families Students: Register in advance with StriveScan by completing a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, you will receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with their contact information and social media profiles. Student RegistrationFor High School CounselorsRegistration: No need to register yourself for the college fair; however, encourage your students to sign up for a barcode before they attend the fair at www.strivefair.com. Promotion: We’ve created the following digital toolkit for you to help promote this regional fair. Feel free to share these within your local networks as well!
For College RepsRegistration: Closed Anticipated Student Attendance: 250 Directions and Parking: Free parking is available in lots 11 and 12 on the north side of campus. ASU West Valley Campus Parking Map Set Up: 3:30p Hospitality: A light dinner will be catered for all registered representatives. Student Leads: RMACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning through their app. StriveScan is included with your registration fee for all RMACAC college fairs. Registered institutions will receive the unlock code 1 week prior. Student data can be exported instantly. Learn more at www.strivescan.com. Hotel Recommendations: Hotel recommendations are provided by host location and not affiliated with or endorsed by RMACAC. There is no discount associated with RMACAC College fairs.
