Responsibilities include performing daily activities related to the administration of Slate CRM including developing and implementing data standards and procedures; managing datasets, applications, workflows, forms, reports, and queries; building forms; providing support for CRM users including access, permissions, training, and troubleshooting; reviewing data for integrity; assisting with the creation of rules; and coordinating the annual update process. The Enrollment CRM Specialist is responsible for researching and recommending features and practices to continually improve enrollment workflow and efficiency. This role supports student success by ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollment related materials and information. Success in this role requires a high degree of interpersonal interaction, as well as self-directed autonomous work. It is required that the employee be on-campus, in-person but occasional remote work is possible.
